2. Orders
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud or resale. In that case, we refund any amount paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods available at checkout. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice.
4. Offers and gifts
Promotions, discount codes and free gifts are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined.
5. Our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Read the directions and ingredients before use, do a patch test if your skin is sensitive, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Results vary from person to person. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product received.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, refunds and our money-back guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Reviews and content
Reviews and content you submit must be honest, your own and lawful. By submitting a review, photo or video, you allow us to use, adapt and display it on our website, social media and advertising. We may remove content at our discretion.

All content on this website belongs to Curvya Care or is used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent.
