Shipping policy
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 AUD Australia-wide. Orders under $60 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $6.95 AUD.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 8–15 business days
Remote areas (WA, NT, regional QLD): may require up to 18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control (including customs clearance delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@curvyacare.com.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. CurvyaCare is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@curvyacare.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few additional business days before contacting us. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your discretion.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the parcel and the product(s) and contact us at support@curvyacare.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
