Refund policy

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, in addition to your rights under the law of your country.

1. 90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your results, email contact@curvya-care.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number, and we will refund you. No forms.

Conditions:

• The guarantee applies to products bought directly on curvya-care.com.
• It applies once per customer, per product and to one order of each product.
• For packs of several units, we may ask you to send back the unopened units.
• Free gifts have no cash value and are not refunded.
• We may refuse claims that are abusive or fraudulent, for example repeated claims made through several accounts, names or addresses.

2. Right to cancel

Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel (for example 14 days in the United Kingdom), you can cancel your order within that period by emailing us. For hygiene reasons, this right only applies to products that are still sealed, which must be returned to us in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

See our Shipping Policy, section 9.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money.
• The refund is the amount you actually paid, after any discount.
• We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees applied by your bank.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You can request a refund under this policy and place a new order.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
